Three new tracks have been added to SHM Converge 2025 that will improve your overall learning experience.
Bending the Cost Curve & High Value Care: This track is geared toward hospitalists with an interest in improving organizational health care value via the reduction of costs. From removing low-value care practices to shared quality improvement initiatives impacting cost-reduction measures, these sessions help hospitalists streamline wasteful practices in their practice, their groups, and their facilities.
Clinical Reasoning & Diagnostics: Learn about the cognitive process used by clinicians to assess, diagnose, and treat patients.
Post-Acute Care & Hospital at Home: Hospitalists are increasingly involved in patient care outside of the hospital. Attendees learn how to implement and sustain successful programs for patient care beyond the hospital.
