Get credit where credit is due

Don't miss out on an important opportunity. Earn educational credit for attending sessions at SHM Converge 2022.

Did you know the time you spend at SHM Converge 2022 is eligible for several kinds of educational credit?

SHM Converge 2022 offers more than 20 educational tracks including didactic lectures,  panel sessions, and workshops. The Society of Hospital Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The Society of Hospital Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 19.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.

The in-person conference sessions are not only eligible for CME credit, but attendees can also claim AOA, AAFP, AANP, and ABP credits for specified sessions. Attendees should refer to the most up-to-date version of the Schedule at a Glance to reference which sessions are eligible for educational credits outside of CME.

In order for attendees to claim credit, they must complete individual session evaluations as well as the overall conference evaluation accessible in SHM’s Learning Portal. The evaluation is the attendee’s opportunity to provide valuable speaker and session feedback as well as provide SHM with a better understanding of their conference experience. Note, SHM will automatically report credit details to ACCME and ABIM, but attendees will need to submit any required credit items to AAFP, AOA, ABP, and AANP directly.

Should attendees miss a session, SHM will have a robust virtual viewing option of the conference where attendees and even those that couldn’t make it to Nashville can access all recorded didactic content on demand. SHM Converge 2022 On Demand will become available post conference and is eligible for more than 100 CME credits and over 25 MOC points. This is a great alternative for those looking to learn and expand their skillset at their leisure.
