How can I access the app on my mobile device?
Visit https://www.shmconverge.org/webapp to view the app on your mobile device. You will be prompted to login or create an account using the event code that was emailed to you. If you can’t locate the email, please reach out to [email protected].
Who do I contact if I need help downloading or using the app?
For on-site assistance at Converge 2023, visit the SHM Tech Squad located in the solar atrium on the 1st floor of the Convention Center.
Are you an Exhibitor/Sponsor? Follow these instructions:
- Click the following link: https://www.shmconverge.org/webapp
- You will be prompted to login or create an account using the event code which has been emailed to you. If you have any questions, please reach out to [email protected]
- Enter your first name, last name, and email
- A confirmation email will be sent with a unique Access Key (password) for future account recovery purposes
Please note, when using the app, we ask that partners not solicit/direct message attendees without permission/consent. This is not available in lieu of, or to serve in place of, lead retrieval devices.
Logging into the App
If you already have the app downloaded, logging in is just as easy:
- Launch the SHMLive app and select the Converge 2023 event, tap to open
- Tap “Log in”
- Enter your username (email)
- Enter your password (Access Key)
And you are good to go!
